Cancellation Policy for Shippers
A shipment is officially canceled when:
The shipper clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation message, which they can find in Homepage > My Shipments > Cancel.
The shipper calls QuickLoad to cancel the shipment and receives a cancellation confirmation email.
QuickLoad service fee is non-refundable.
Shipment fees (the total rate you defined) are always refunded if no carrier accepted the job.
If a carrier accepted the job, shipment fees are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Quickload within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
QuickLoad will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
24 hours before pickup ready:
For a full refund of shipment fees cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the shipment pickup ready time (or 8:00 AM if not specified) on the day of pickup. For example, if pickup is on Tuesday, cancel by Monday of that week before pickup ready time.
4 hours before pickup ready:
If the shipper cancels between 24 and 4 hours before pickup ready time, 50% of the shipment fees will be refunded.
Pickup ready time:
f the shipper cancels after 4 hours before pickup ready time, shipment fees are not refunded.
